What is an Account Manager?

ROC Cleaning’s Account Managers are your main point of contact and visit your building regularly! We manage all the cleaning details and are always looking for ways to fine-tune our services, freeing you up to do what you should be doing: growing your business, not being the cleaning manager.

Our Account Managers are available 24/7. You will not get a recording when you call. We will acknowledge the problem and take corrective action to solve it in the right way. We will then go back and work with the rest of the team to identify the reason for the problem and take the steps needed to ensure it is solved long term.
