What in your work history prepared you for the role of Account Manager?
I’ve worked as a Facilities Director. I know the difference between maintenance and cleaning and can identify problems that are maintenance related and help the client solve something that may not be a cleaning problem.
What is the role of a ROC Cleaning Account Manager?
To provide customer satisfaction, client retention, solve problems, investigate security issues, sales of services, document and report. Ensure quality, value, service and trust.
What is the most enjoyable part of your job?
When we get a ‘wow’ from a client – and when there are opportunities to help and serve both the client and the cleaning team.
