Communication, teamwork, relationship building and multitasking are all things that are vital in this role.

What is the role of a ROC Cleaning account manager?

The account manager holds everything and everyone together. We are on the front lines with our clients whenever and wherever they need us. We take the load of managing the cleaning of their building and all the challenges that come with it off their shoulders. In the meantime, we communicate and strategize with the cleaning team supervisors so we can turn out the best product. Our goal is to get the buildings in tip top shape and stay that way.

What is the most enjoyable part of your job?

Hands down interacting with my clients.
