I really love people and helping people. I also like finding problems and executing solutions that are effective and last
What are the challenges of your job?
Challenges are not the issue, it’s how we deal with them and overcome them. Challenges come in many forms such as communication breakdowns and managing expectations.
Why should prospective clients choose ROC Cleaning over other cleaning contractors?
Clients should choose ROC because we have an insurance card that makes sure that contract scope is delivered. That insurance card is your account manager who checks your building on site as often as needed.
How long have you worked for ROC Cleaning?
I have been with ROC for about 6 months.
What in your work history has helped prepare you for the role of Account Manager?
Serving, helping, and managing in the hospitality industry. Making sure people feel welcome, have a safe place to be who they are, and know that I am person who can handle a problem and offer reasonable solutions.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love to go listen to live music, hang out with family and friends. I also have a creative side and love everything from cooking to trying new adventures
What’s your favorite animal or movie, food, game, something fun about you or your family?
I love games of all kinds – last winter at Christmas time we did funny presentations. My sister and I did interpretive dance to several different songs and tears of laughter were shed. Everyone had something to present and it was inclusive and hilarious.
